Privacy Policy

Citizens of the Republic of Armenia have the right to access data collected about them by state and local self-government bodies, to request the correction of inaccurate data, as well as the deletion of data obtained unlawfully or data that no longer has a legal basis. This Application provides the opportunity to exercise the rights enshrined in Article 34 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the RA Law on Personal Data Protection. The processes of personal data processing, storage, and archiving are carried out in compliance with RA legislation and other legal acts, as well as the Guidelines on Personal Data Processing by State Bodies developed by the Personal Data Protection Agency of the RA Ministry of Justice.

The personal data relating to you that is displayed in the Application is registered and stored in the database of the state body that administers that data. The Application does not store your data — it simply displays that the specified data exists in the database of the relevant state body.

The data we store includes:

• Personal identifier assigned to you by the RA Police (i.e. the Public Services Number — PSN — or a certificate of non-receipt of PSN)
• The location from which you accessed the application
• The date and time of login attempts (successful and unsuccessful)
• Device type

In other words, we store only the device, location, and time of your access to the application.

The personal data you provide will not be transferred to any third party; it will be used exclusively for service or work-related purposes, and will not be used for personal or any other purpose.

This consent expires upon deletion of the Application and all data contained therein from your mobile device.

Access to your personal data is limited to a restricted number of employees based on their functional responsibilities. We apply appropriate methods and security measures for data collection, storage, and processing to protect data from unlawful interference, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

In the context of the proper operation of the Application, We may have access to certain functions of your mobile device, including the camera. If you wish to change the permissions granted, you can do so in your device settings.

If you believe that your rights regarding the protection of personal data have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the RA Ministry of Justice by submitting your request to them.

We may also use third-party applications, such as Google Analytics, in order to track and analyse user behaviour in an anonymised manner.

This Privacy Policy may be updated in response to changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this document. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of any updates.
